Jana is a graduate of Charles University, the Faculty of Arts, Department English and American Philology and the Faculty of Education, Department of Czech and English. She is a great source of ideas and fast solutions and a brilliant sailor. She is a several times national medallist in CADET and EUROPE classes, team racing and prestigious class of Melges 24. In 2004 she started racing in offshore sailing and is a crew member of the best Czech women’s team TWINKY. For several years she was the President of Europe Class Association. Jana also worked as a sailing instructor for children and adults, an English teacher and a producer of a music club. Thanks to her great experience, she is in charge of the education of our lecturers and communication with foreign clients and suppliers. She became a priceless member of the YFA team in 2012. She manages dozens of corporate events and regattas in the Czech Republic as well as abroad.

Pavel is the company’s founder who is a great sports enthusiast spending most of his summer on water and winter in the mountains. Since 1996 he has been involved in the communication and event management business. He is the owner of a number of companies operating in this filed (among others YFA, Besocial, BeChannel, Cavixo ). He has been sailing for over 25 years – he has become an on-shore and off-shore national sailing champion 7 times (1998-twice, 1999, 2000, 2006 and 2007, 2012). He is also a silver medallist in the European Championship of 2006 and 2010 in the Fireball class. In 2007 he started competing in the serials of long-distance cross-country skiing events – Euroloppet a Worldloppet. He knows the corporate environment like the back of his hand. He loves combining his rich experience from management and sailing and joining them together. On a number of conferences, he spoke about marketing, social media and sponsorship. For a Transparency International project he held a lecture on Ethics in Advertising at the University of Economics in Prague.
