Pavel Winkler
He is one of the company’s founders and a sports fan, who most of all likes spending summer on water and winter in the mountains. Since 1996 he has been in the business of advertising communication. He has been sailing since he was 20 years old – he has become an on-shore and off-shore national sailing champion six times (1998-twice, 1999, 2000, 2006 and 2007). He is also a silver medallist in the European Championship 2006 in Fireball. In 2007 he started competing in the MELGES 24 class and was placed 16th in the European Championship as a member of RODOP team.
He is in charge of IT Regatta, Stavební Regatta and Malá Stavební Regatta. He attends to the business partners of the company and provides negotiations with the sponsors of particular projects and the sailors that are represented by the YFA company.
Šárka Landkammerová
She is a several times national medallist in CADET and EUROPE classes. This year, she has started sailing a prestigious class MELGES 24 and was placed 16th in the European Championship as a member of the RODOP team. Since 2004 she has gone in for racing offshore sailing and is a crew member of the best Czech woman’s team TWINKY. She is a graduate of the University of Economics, a great source of ideas and fast solutions, keen telephonist and brilliant sailor.
Since 2007 she has become a regular and great asset to the YFA team. She manages Melges Tour, Golf Regatta and corporate events.
Tomáš Musil
He is a co-founder of the company and a top sailor. He has been sailing for 25 years and has been a 24-times national medallist in onshore as well as offshore sailing in eight boat classes. His greatest achievement has been the title of the European Champion in Fireball class. He missed out in the Olympic Games 2004 selection just by three places. He is an MFF graduate, whose only profession has always been sailing.
He represents the company abroad and is in charge of Melges Tour, Malá cena YFA, the development of the company and he brings to life new projects.
